SA Die and Pattern has over 50 years experience in the manufacturing and assembly of mild steel and stainless pressed and welded parts to the Original Equipment Manufacturers and the aftermarket segment. It produces sub-assembly components for body interiors for vehicles, and its product range includes: handbrakes (passenger and commercial), brake and clutch pedals, pedal boxes, bonnet and boot hinges, and a wide variety of various pressed parts including exhaust shells and catalytic converter pressings.
SA Die and Pattern has press capacity ranging between 60 and 800 tons, and specialises in the assembly of park brakes and gear shifters. A fully equipped tool room for the manufacture and maintenance of tools is operational.
SA Die and Pattern’s success is attributed to its commitment to Total Quality Management (TQM), and rigorous compliance with various customer audits and world-class quality standards as evidenced by its quality accreditation including: QS9000, ISO 9002, TS16949 and ISO14001.
DQS GmbH is the company’s third-party total quality management auditor. The process of increasing accreditation and on-going audits had resulted in SA Die and Pattern being awarded numerous awards for supplier excellence by its clients.
